Queensland Property Real Estate (QPRE) is led by Belinda Donaldson — Licensed Principal, sole operator and the person you deal with day-to-day. No hand-offs. No call centres. Just accountable, experienced management focused on your return and risk.

Who you work with

Belinda entered real estate in 1994 on Brisbane’s southside and has spent three decades in residential property across reception, property management, sales support, sales and buyer advocacy. After years inside well-known franchises, she co-founded Queensland Property Real Estate in 2011 and is now the sole Director and Principal, managing every file personally.

  • Every 4 months with a photo-rich report, notes and follow-up items.
  • Preventative maintenance flagged early to protect value and tenant safety.
Maintenance & trades
  • Licensed, proven trades engaged; urgent items triaged immediately.

Compliance (QLD)
  • Smoke alarms — installed/maintained to current legislation.

  • Market review prior to each expiry; tenant performance and comparable vacancies considered.
